Jen Berry (CEO, Chaos Coordinator, and Acting Coach)
With over 2 decades of experience in the acting industry, Jen has dedicated her career to empowering artists to take control of their careers and navigate their lives with authenticity. Jen has experience both on stage, performing in everything from Shakespeare to Musical Theatre, and in Film, Tv and commercials. A graduate of CSU, Chico, with a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre, she further honed her craft in New York City, training at the esteemed T. Schreiber Studios during her five-year residency in the city.
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by actors, particularly female, female identifying and those beyond the gender binary, Jen founded A Balancing Actress Collaborative to provide comprehensive support and training for actors of all ages. Her vision is to help artists thrive both professionally and personally, offering them the community, tools and resources they need to balance their careers with their personal lives and thrive in both.
Under her leadership, A Balancing Actress Collaborative has become a vital resource for actors seeking to grow, empower themselves and navigate the complexities of the entertainment industry.
Andie Blanchard (AMFT, Wellness Coach)
Andie Blanchard is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and award-winning actress, passionate about supporting actors in navigating the mental and emotional complexities of the entertainment industry. With her unique blend of mental health expertise and professional acting experience, Andrea brings a deep understanding of the challenges artists face.
Andrea facilitates our weekly wellness group, creating a safe and nurturing environment where actors can share their experiences, gain valuable insights, and develop practical strategies for managing the emotional demands of their craft. Her approach is empathetic and tailored to the unique needs of artists, fostering resilience and growth.
In addition to group sessions, Andrea offers one-on-one wellness coaching for actors seeking personalized support. She provides specialized tools and guidance to help artists overcome the unique mental health challenges of their profession, empowering them to cultivate a fulfilling and balanced life both on and off camera.
Cheree Ramon (Acting, yoga & meditation coach)
Cheree is an actress with a decade of experience in the dynamic worlds of comedy and drama. Having honed her craft in front of the camera and BTS for film and television, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a deep passion for storytelling with her.
Beyond her on-camera work, Cheree has cultivated a strong foundation in acting technique through her rigorous training. Her dedication to personal growth is reflected in her mindfulness practices, which enhance her focus, creativity, and ability to connect authentically with characters and other humans.
With a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with the industry, Cheree is excited to share her experience with other actors. Her focus is to empower students with the tools and confidence needed to create standout auditions and enjoy the process of bringing acting to life.
